Once your order is confirmed, we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations.
That said, if it hasn’t shipped yet, reach out quickly on our contact page — we’ll do our best.

Can I exchange my order?

We don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or item, just return your order and place a new one once your return is confirmed.

We ship across Europe with trusted carriers.

Payment methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, as well as Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and Revolut Pay.

Pay in instalments

Interest-free instalment payments are available with Klarna (if eligible).
The option will appear at checkout if available.

Using a promo code

You can enter your promo code at checkout in the field provided.
Discounts cannot be combined.

Payment declined

If your payment was declined, double-check your details or contact your bank.
You can also try a different payment method.

Applicable taxes

All orders include local VAT when required.
No hidden fees on delivery.

Abroad transaction fees

If you're ordering from abroad, your bank may charge currency conversion or international fees.
This is beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

Make a return

You have 30 days after delivery to return an item, as long as it’s unworn and in perfect condition.
You’ll find the return link directly in the "My Orders" section of your account.

Return shipping fees

Returns are possible, but a €6.95 fee applies — it will be deducted from your refund.

Getting a refund

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method — within 30 days max.
You’ll get an email confirmation as soon as it’s done.
